Come on down to the Rio Theater on Tuesday May 2nd from 6-10 p.m. for a film by Opper Sports called Fin, a huge raffle for surfboards, wetsuits, tee shirts and other surf schwag from local surf businesses, live music from Cruzin' and The Ashley Lloyd Situation. Ben Marcus, surfing's most prolific writer and Shawn Alladio, mother of two and fearless big wave surf rescuer will be reading from Surfing's Greatest Misadventures - Dropping in on the Unexpected a one of a kind collection of true stories that cross the spectrum from terrifying to comical to downright bizarre. There are 30 surf tales in all told by surf journalists, filmmakers, magazine editors, watermen, and everyday surfers.

Activities include Menehune divisions, paddle race, womens heats, mens heats, legends heats, tandem heats, and more! This is always a fun fundraiser event for local charities that has been going strong for 22 years!
