The 10 th Annual Women on Waves is almost here! Hosted by Paradise Surf Shop, Blu Emursion Clothing, Girls4Sport, Tribal Surf, and the West Wind Surf Club, this year's WOW is sure to be a crowd pleaser.
To celebrate the 10 th Anniversary of the Women on Waves Surf Fest we are giving away six - yes, count 'em SIX surfboards from Surf Tech, Johnny Rice, Arrow, Ward Coffey, Strive, and Roberts of Ventura. Come on down to Paradise and buy your raffle tickets - the more tickets you buy, the more you get. Not only will we be giving away surfboards, but fabulous prizes from Rainbow Fin Company, Freestyle Watch Company, Smith Sport Optics, DocksLocks, and more! You can also buy raffle tickets on-line at www.surfwomenonwaves.com.
This year, we are adding a Menehune heat for girls 12 and under - so all you surfin' momma's out there with surfin' babies - sign 'em up! We need Novice surfers to sign up too! Applications are available at: www.surfwomenonwaves.com.

We will also feature an all Pro Expression heat featuring the Women's World Long Board Champion - Kristy Murphy! Also attending the in the pro category will be our very own Julie Cox and Ashley Lloyd, and others to be announced!

And if that wasn't enough, we will have mid-day entertainment from: The Ukulele Lady Michelle Kiba, Hula Dancers, The Surf City Slackers, Blues by Cruzin', and Ashley Lloyd!
The Aloha Grill will also be on hand serving up Hawaiian plate lunches for sale to the public! Mmmmmm mmmm!
As always, the awards dinner will be immediately following the final heat at Zelda's on the beach in Capitola. Zelda's has once again graciously agreed to let us use their deck right on the beach for our awards dinner and entertainment!
